Siemens Group currently has eight major developments six of which are approved or in the approval process:

  • Coconut Cove, Ft. Pierce - 277 acres, 950 waterfront units, fully entitled; improvements being installed.
  • Golden Oaks, Ocala - 523 residential lots on a 358 acre site plan. Land use change adopted by County Commission. Development permits in process.
  • High Ridge, Ft. Pierce - 46 acres multi use, 142,000 s.f. retail commercial and 300 multi-family residential units. Zoning in place.
  • Ocala Lakes, Ocala - 330 acres on the corner of CR318 and CR315.
  • Sands Point, Titusville - 15 acre multi use site, 297 residential condo apartments in three 12-story buildings with 15,000 s.f. of retail. In permitting process.
  • Old Brick Road, St. John's County - 4,830 acres slated for 960 single family lots. In permitting process for a planned residential development.
